Private sessions can be a great way to begin or deepen your practice. For some beginners, a private session can provide the background and confidence to begin public classes.

For more experienced practitioners, a private session gives the opportunity to address certain interests or concerns.

Perhaps you want to begin a meditation practice but don’t know where to start? One-on-one sessions are a great way to recommit to your practice and take it to the next level. I am a certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and love sharing this powerful guided meditation practice.

Private sessions also make a great gift for someone who wants to start or deepen a practice.

Private sessions offered via Zoom, or in-person in Santa Fe, New Mexico or Austin, Texas.

Group Yoga Events and Classes

Being Well Yoga began by bringing Yoga and Meditation on-site to companies that were interested in cultivating workplace wellness.  Eventually we began to offer mindfulness education of all kinds, including a Mindful Lunch and Learn series with topics ranging from Stress Management 101 to Emotional Intelligence.  We bring over 20 years of expertise to these offerings and are confident we can create an event that meets your needs.

We love designing programs for groups of any size and interest in mindful practices.  We would love to provide a Yoga class for your bridal party, a meditation session for your girl’s weekend, mindful education for your organization, or any combination to enhance any gathering or special event!

We can provide programs that range from 30 minutes to full days or weekends, and have loads of options on our menu.  Let’s chat to see what works best for you and your group.

Energizing Flow Yoga Series $24

A Series of 8 Videos

These practices are short and sweet, and will bring strength, flexibility and balance to your body and mind.

In these half-hour practices, you will enliven your entire body, connect movement and breath, and feel that wonderful sweet sensation of being refreshed and relaxed at the same time.

These practices can be done in any order. It will be helpful, but not essential, to have these props on hand: a blanket or towel, a block or thick book, and a strap or a belt. Enjoy your practice!

These practices are great for everyone, regardless of whether you are an experienced Yogi or just starting out. Remember to practice at your own pace, and honor and listen to your body throughout.

These are great practices for the morning, but you can do them anytime. The perfect way to start your day, or take a break, and at about 30 minutes each, you know you can fit them into your schedule.
