45 minute classes which will include 5-10 minutes of meditation at the end. We will practice in Slow Flow style to strengthen, stretch and relax our bodies and minds.
$68 for the month, $45 for 4 classes

Private Sessions
Private sessions can be a great way to begin or deepen your practice. For some beginners, a private session can provide the background and confidence to begin public classes.
For more experienced practitioners, a private session gives the opportunity to address certain interests or concerns.
Perhaps you want to begin a meditation practice but don’t know where to start? One-on-one sessions are a great way to recommit to your practice and take it to the next level.
