Studio Satya Yoga Nidra for Inquiry and Integration

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (CST)

This class is a trauma informed guided meditation to support relaxation, and integration of anything that is wanting to be met, felt and seen. We will explore a body centered approach to welcoming, metabolizing and integrating experience so that in time we can be in harmony with life, and discern what is being asked of us. You can expect a centering meditation, teachings, and a longer guided practice.

Santa Fe Community Yoga - In-Studio Yin + Nidra

8:00 am – 9:15 am (Mountain Time)

In-person class.

Yin yoga is a deep stretch practice involving long holds and ample opportunities for tension release. Yoga Nidra is a stillness practice, a long guided savasana (lying down meditative practice) that is deeply restorative for the body. The combination is truly unique, and deeply beneficial.
Class Level:
mild – floor-based and/or long holds, suitable for beginners.

7:30-8:00 am (CST)
