Dear Friends,

Well, we have almost made it. To the end of 2020.

Perhaps the strangest year of our lives, for many of us. And now we are facing a holiday season with physical distance between us and our loved ones, just when we most need a hug. And yet, here we are.

In my discussions with students and friends and family I hear that you are exhausted, anxious, and stir-crazy. I also hear that you have reconnected with people in your life in new and unique ways.

You have tried a new workout, or maybe decided that working is not really your thing. You finished Netflix. Found a new hobby. Reignited a passion for reading, crafting, dancing, or baking.

Your motivation ebbed and flowed. You laughed, you cried…okay, I think you get it.

Take a class series in December:

Awake Sunrise Flow:  Wake up, login and move mindfully into your day!
Tu/Th 8:00-8:30

Mid-week Hatha:  Move, breathe, and rebalance in the middle of the week.
W 9:45-10:30

You don’t have to be in Austin, or even in the U.S. to join me; just check your time zone and Zoom on over!

December Montlhy Rates:

  • Awake Sunrise Flow 7 classes $35
  • Mid-week Hatha  4 classes $32
  • Unlimited Yoga (all of the above classes)  $60

Payment and Registration:

  • Your payment registers you for class. Pay via Venmo to @Lisa-Feder-BWY or via PayPal to Being Well Yoga (please include an extra $2 if paying by PayPal to cover processing)
  • Register/pay as soon as you can, and no later than 2 days before the new series.
  • Share this with your friends and have them register too!
  • The day before your series begins, you will receive the information and link, and everything else you need to know to join the class via Zoom.

Other than these morning classes, I am teaching the morning meditation:

Studio Mantra   
Tuesday/Thursday 7:00-7:30 am cst

Studio Satya
Sadhana, Friday 8:00-8:30 cst

And reach out to me if you’d like a private session to work on any aspect of your practice. I’ve found that these work great over Zoom!
