Here’s a loaded question: How are you?
As for me, I’m taking it one day at a time, and just doing the best I can each day. I am discouraged and hopeful, bored, overwhelmed, angry, fearful, optimistic and grateful. Sometimes all those feelings before breakfast! My meditation and Yoga practices have been my touchstone, and have supported me through this time, which keeps marching on.

Mid-week Hatha: Move, breathe, and rebalance in the middle of the week. W 9:45-10:30Stay connected to your practice from the comfort of your own home.You don’t have to be in Austin, or even in the U.S. to join me; just check your time zone and Zoom on over!
August pricing(3 weeks of classes):
- Awake Sunrise Flow 6 classes $35
- Mid-week Hatha 3 classes $24
- Unlimited Yoga (all of the above classes) $50
Payment and Registration:
- Your payment registers you for class. Pay via Venmo to @Lisa-Feder-BWY or via PayPal to Being Well Yoga(please include an extra $1 if paying by PayPal to cover processing)
- Register/pay by NOON on Monday, August 3.
- Share this with your friends and have them register too!
- On Monday evening you will receive the information and link, and everything else you need to know to join the class via Zoom.
Other than these morning classes, I am teaching the following classes, all through Studio Mantra. You can register for these classes on their website.
- Morning Meditation, Tuesdays and Thursdays (Free) 7:00-7:30 am
- Gentle Yoga, Tuesdays 11:30 am-12:30 pm
And, of course, Being Well Yoga is happy to virtually bring Yoga and Meditation to your workplace. We have new mindful classes to deal with some of the unique issues of our time!
