I offer streaming Yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The classes are 35 minutes, so there’s no time for excuses! Commit to a regular practice for a month and see what happens!
You don’t have to be in Austin, or even in the U.S. to join me; just check your time zone and Zoom on over!
Payment and Registration:
- Your payment registers you for class. Pay via Venmo to @Lisa-Feder-BWY or via PayPal to Being Well Yoga (please include an extra $2 if paying by PayPal to cover processing)
- Register/pay as soon as you can, and no later than 2 days before the new series.
- Share this with your friends and have them register too!
- The day before your series begins, you will receive the information and link, and everything else you need to know to join the class via Zoom.
And reach out to me if you’d like a private session to work on any aspect of your practice. I’ve found that these work great over Zoom!
