Each new month surprises me. So, surprise!  It’s  almost September!

I’ve had the chance to get away to Santa Fe and it has been wonderful. In this beautiful place, I’ve been able to tune in to nature and regain a feeling of balance. There is a sweet rhythm to the day that creates a natural container for the day’s activities. Over the last 6 months, I’ve talked with many of you who mention feeling “out of sync”, or just “off”. I’ve been teaching a lot of seminars about creating boundaries between work and home life and how to create some structure that will help you feel more in harmony and in the flow. Read my blog on to learn how to bring back a supportive rhythm for your day.

Your mindful practices can help you tune in to the natural rhythms within you. So, I’m continuing to offer my two morning Yoga classes, as well as a few others.

Awake Sunrise Flow:  Wake up, login and move mindfully into your day!
Tu/Th 8:00-8:30

Mid-week Hatha:  Move, breathe, and rebalance in the middle of the week.
W 9:45-10:30

You don’t have to be in Austin, or even in the U.S. to join me; just check your time zone and Zoom on over!

September Rates:

  • Awake Sunrise Flow 8 classes $40
  • Mid-week Hatha  4 classes $32
  • Unlimited Yoga (all of the above classes)  $65

Payment and Registration:

  • Your payment registers you for class. Pay  via Venmo to @Lisa-Feder-BWY or  via PayPal to Being Well Yoga(please include an extra $1 if paying by PayPal to cover processing)
  • Register/pay by NOON on Monday, August 31.
  • Share this with your friends and have them register too!
  • On Tuesday evening (Sept 1) you will receive the information and link, and everything else you need to know to join the class via Zoom.
