Our workshop series launched May 7, 2011 with Yoga and Authentic Communication in the Workplace and was a big success! Marketing and Communication for Yoga Teachers is a key part of Teacher Training. Yoga for Communication has been presented at the Austin Yoga Conference as well as at various Austin companies. Join Lisa in this six-session yoga series to learn strategies and practices to live a vibrant and balanced life–thriving as you deal with life’s stressors, big and small. In each session we will discuss, share, practice, journal, and strategize so you can go home with the tools you need to combat stress before it takes you down. This class is for all levels of yoga practitioners, yogis old and new. The wisdom of Yoga and meditation has wonderful applications for modern life. Come and learn to see your stressors–work, family, relationships, or whatever they are–in a whole new light.
