Private Sessions

Whether you are new to Yoga or wanting to refine your current practice, private sessions can offer you a wonderful experience. We will work with you to understand your intentions and create a session specifically tailored to your needs.

New students: We know that it can be intimidating to step right into a Yoga class where everyone seems to know what they are doing. Private sessions can provide a great introduction to Yoga and help you become familiar with some of the terms and movement you will be exposed to in class. We can also help to guide you to a practice that is appropriate for you based on your intention for practicing and your fitness level.

Experienced students: We understand that once you have been attending classes for a little while, you may be interested in refining your practice in a way that requires a little more personal attention. You may have some questions about alignment, or perhaps you want to deepen your meditation practice, start a home practice, or really dive deep into a specific posture that you want to explore.
